The Barz Lady

Barz is a one-woman bakery in Spanish Fork, Utah. Every batch is made from scratch in my own kitchen, with whole wheat I stone grind fresh and real sweet cream butter.

I’m back and taking orders again, for events, gatherings, or just because.

How they’re made

Stone ground, fresh for each batch

Every batch starts with whole wheat, stone ground right here in my kitchen. Then real sweet cream butter and only the best ingredients, baked from scratch in small batches.
